1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or deploying automated programs to Bot Hoster (bots.godhosting.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Permitted Use & Service Allocation
Bot Hoster provides managed Linux container sandboxes intended solely for executing legitimate automation bots, workers, webhooks, and messaging clients (including Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp clients).
- Resource Allocation: Standard bot containers receive up to 512MB RAM and 1.0 vCPU allocation with isolated storage.
- Continuous Execution: Bots run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supervised by native Docker daemon recovery watchdogs (
--restart unless-stopped). - Fair Share: Users must respect host hardware health and avoid intentionally exhausting shared infrastructure resources.
3. Strictly Prohibited Activities
You agree not to deploy bots that engage in any of the following prohibited actions:
Deploying spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, or malicious payloads.
Port scanning, SYN floods, botnets, or participating in denial-of-service attacks.
Running CPU/GPU miners, Monero miners, or background crypto daemons.
Mass unauthorized DM spam, phishing sites, or credential stuffing attacks.
4. Compliance with Upstream Providers
You are responsible for ensuring that your bots comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms they interact with, including the Telegram Bot Platform Policy, the Discord Developer Terms of Service, and the WhatsApp Business Policy.
5. Service Availability & 99.99% Target SLA
We strive to maintain a 99.99% continuous service availability target. However, Bot Hoster is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Periodic routine maintenance, upstream AWS network outages, or hardware upgrades may occasionally necessitate temporary restarts.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete any container, bot, or account that engages in prohibited activities, attacks platform integrity, or violates applicable law, without prior notice.
